How it works

  1. Describe the job Pick the service and describe the problem. You can write in English, and a photo helps the pro understand.
  2. A verified pro accepts Identity and SIRET (French business number) checked, interviewed by our team. You pay online at the fixed price, and the money is held, not paid out.
  3. You confirm, the pro gets paid Once the job is done, you confirm it in the app. Only then is the payment released to the pro.

Booking in English

The booking form is in French: your browser can translate it, and you can write your description in English. Your pro may not speak English, which is why the job, the price and the time are fixed in writing before the visit: there is nothing to negotiate at the door.
